        Rules at the Beaches, the Mountain & Parks:

        • York: (Short Sands, Long Sands, Cape Neddick, York Harbor Beaches): Dogs are prohibited on York beaches between the hours of 8am and 6pm on all public York Beaches between May 20th and September 20th.
        • Ogunquit Beach & Marginal Way: Dogs are prohibited from April 1 – September 30
          *Please note: Dogs are never allowed on the beach at the mouth of Ogunquit River (right side of Main Beach entrance)
        • Ogunquit Dog Park: https://ogunquitdogpark.com/
        • Wells Beach: From April 1 – June 15, dogs must be leashed and June 16 – September 15 before 8am and after 6pm.
        • Mount Agamenticus: Pets are welcome at Mount A but must be leashed.
